BizAcquire1. Current service
BizAcquire is operated by FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202633283W). The marketplace currently charges no listing fee, subscription fee or introduction fee to buyers or sellers.
2. No checkout required
Buyers may submit acquisition interest for free. Sellers may list a business, review masked buyer interest and receive contact details for enquiries approved by BizAcquire without payment.
3. GST and refunds
No GST is charged because the current BizAcquire marketplace service is free. With no checkout or platform charge, there is ordinarily no BizAcquire payment to refund.
If you believe you were previously or incorrectly charged by FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. for BizAcquire, email ronald.ang@flowlab.works with your account email, payment reference, date and supporting evidence. We will investigate the record and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
4. Future paid services
If BizAcquire introduces an optional paid service later, its price, taxes, payment terms and refund rules will be displayed before a user agrees to purchase it. Existing free introductions will not create a payment obligation retrospectively.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This policy should be read with the Platform Terms.
