BizAcquire1. Operator and the service
BizAcquire is operated by FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202633283W), an exempt private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore. Its registered office is 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.
BizAcquire provides a free marketplace, screening and introduction service for people exploring the sale or acquisition of a business. BizAcquire may review listings, screen buyer enquiries, provide masked lead previews, and share approved buyer information with the matched seller.
BizAcquire facilitates contact between independent users. Unless separately agreed in writing, BizAcquire is not the buyer, seller, agent, representative, partner or party to any negotiation, letter of intent, sale agreement, financing arrangement or completed business transfer between users.
2. Independent verification and no transaction advice
BizAcquire is not a legal adviser, tax adviser, financial adviser, valuer, lender or guarantor. Any review, screening label, profile summary, status or introduction is an administrative platform step and is not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of identity, accuracy, creditworthiness, authority, suitability or intention to transact.
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying identities, authority, ownership, accounts, licences, assets, liabilities, claims and all other information; conducting appropriate due diligence; deciding whether and on what terms to proceed; and obtaining independent legal, financial, tax and other professional advice.
2A. External search results
BizAcquire may display a limited search index of publicly accessible pages on independent Singapore business marketplaces or broker websites. An external result contains only a factual page title, general location, source name and direct link. BizAcquire does not reproduce the source listing description, photographs, financial narrative, contact details or confidential information.
External results are not submitted to or reviewed by BizAcquire, are not BizAcquire listings, and do not imply affiliation, partnership, endorsement, availability or accuracy. The original website remains the authoritative source. A source owner, listing owner or affected person may request correction or removal by emailing ronald.ang@flowlab.works with the relevant URL.
3. Eligibility and authority
A user must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. A person using BizAcquire for a company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other organisation confirms that they are authorised to act for and bind that organisation in relation to the service.
4. Accounts, suspension and termination
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. One person may not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access controls.
A user may stop using BizAcquire and may request account closure, subject to records that must be retained for consent, disclosures, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. BizAcquire may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or listing where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, address a breach of these terms, respond to a legal requirement, or manage a material security risk. Where reasonably practicable, BizAcquire will explain the action and provide a way to raise a concern.
Termination does not affect rights, obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
5. Seller obligations
A seller must have authority to list the business and must provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. The seller must have the right to upload each image and disclose each business record. Approval of a listing does not verify every statement or guarantee buyer interest.
6. User content and intellectual property
Users retain ownership of descriptions, images, documents, messages and other content they provide. By submitting content, the user grants FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, review, mask, display and communicate that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the relevant BizAcquire listing or service, and to keep records required for legal or business purposes.
The user confirms that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and grant this licence, and that the content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights. The user may ask BizAcquire to remove content, subject to active transactions and required record retention.
The BizAcquire name, logo, website design, software and platform materials supplied by FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. remain the property of FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. or its licensors. These terms do not grant a right to copy, use or register those materials except as needed to use the service.
7. Buyer obligations and consent
A buyer must submit genuine acquisition interest and must not misuse seller or marketplace information. When submitting an enquiry, the buyer chooses whether to consent to BizAcquire offering the stated contact and acquisition information to the matched seller. The consent shown at submission governs that disclosure.
8. Free listings and introductions
BizAcquire currently charges no listing fee, subscription fee or introduction fee to buyers or sellers. Buyer contact details remain masked while an enquiry is reviewed. After the buyer has consented and BizAcquire approves the enquiry, the matched seller may receive the buyer's contact details and submitted acquisition profile without charge.
Approval is an administrative marketplace decision, not verification, endorsement or a guarantee that either user will respond or proceed.
9. Future paid services
BizAcquire will not charge a user unless a paid service is clearly offered and the user expressly agrees to its price and applicable terms. If paid services are introduced later, the relevant price, taxes, payment process and refund terms will be displayed before purchase and these terms will be updated where appropriate.
10. Confidentiality and acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk download, republish, resell, or build a competing database from platform data.
- Use buyer and seller information only to evaluate or progress the relevant acquisition opportunity.
- Do not harass users, send unrelated marketing, circumvent review or masking controls, upload malware, or interfere with the service.
- Comply with applicable privacy, marketing, intellectual property, and business laws.
11. Listing lifecycle
BizAcquire may approve, reject, pause, withdraw, or mark a listing sold. Sellers may pause, withdraw, or mark an approved listing sold through the seller portal. A listing may be removed where information is incomplete, outdated, disputed, or risky.
12. Availability, matches and user information
The service and its data may change, be delayed, contain errors or become unavailable. User-provided information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading. BizAcquire does not guarantee that a listing will receive enquiries, that a user will respond or proceed, that a match or business is suitable, that parties will agree terms, or that a transaction will complete.
13. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each buyer and seller is responsible for their own statements, omissions, conduct, decisions, negotiations, due diligence, agreements, payments made outside BizAcquire and performance of any transaction between users. BizAcquire is not responsible for resolving or compensating losses arising solely from a user's inaccurate information, non-response, withdrawal, misconduct, breach of a user-to-user agreement or failure to complete a proposed transaction.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. does not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform or a transaction between users. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability, statutory right or legal duty that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
14. Complaints and disputes
A user should first email ronald.ang@flowlab.works and provide the account email, relevant listing or enquiry reference, a description of the issue and the requested outcome. FLOWLABCO PTE. LTD. will review the information and may request reasonable supporting documents. Both parties should try in good faith to resolve the issue before commencing court proceedings, without limiting any urgent remedy or right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms and the use of BizAcquire are governed by Singapore law. Subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

16. Changes
BizAcquire may update these terms when products, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through the service or account contact details. The effective date and current version will be displayed at the top of this page.
